Ailanto 1 | Modena

Ailanto 1 is the first in a series of exhibitions curated by Fulvio Chimento (“Kimento”). This first edition occurred at the Luigi Poletti library in Modena in 2016, featured Cuoghi Corsello and Dado. The exhibition bears the same name of the plant “Ailanthus altissima” and stands for the growing and increasing of writing and street art in abandoned urban areas which are particularly fertile to host these forms of art (and plant). It is certainly worth visiting not only to feel the state of the art, but also for it opening a look behind the scenes of these urban art pieces.
